After authorizing a deposit, a Tappjet trip advisor will conduct an operational feasibility check with the flight provider. This ensures that all aspects of your flight meet our standards and your expectations. Once confirmed, we will finalize your trip itinerary and send it to you via email.

Our Trip Advisors will coordinate all necessary details, including obtaining passenger information and travel documents. If you initiated a shared flight, any unoccupied seats are automatically listed for resale to other members, helping you recover some of the costs.
For those who initially booked a private flight and are considering opening up seats later, you can opt to share your flight at any time by adjusting your booking through the "My Bookings" feature in our app, or simply by informing your Tappjet Trip Advisor. This flexibility allows you to adapt your travel plans to changing needs or preferences, ensuring a seamless and accommodating experience.
